Q Is it okay to cook with a silicone grip?

Q The handle does not fit perfectly in the product. Is this a defect?

A

Since the assembly of the wooden handle is performed by hand, not all handles will exactly match the bracket.
This is not a product defect, but a natural result of the manufacturing process.
However, if the handle is severely warped, we will replace it.

Q While using the handle, it rotates or shakes when used. Is this a defect?

A

Due to the nature of the wooden handle, it may become loose from gaps that can occur due towater absorption or deformation from heat.
Whenever this occurs, use a long screwdriver to tighten the screw in order to prevent the handle from coming loose.
If the wood inside the handle is corroded, please replace the handle.

Q The handle smells burnt. Is this a product defect?

A

It is heat-resistant up to 180 degrees, so if the gas stove's heat power is too strong the handle may burn due to the flame from the stovetop.
When cooking, please adjust the fire so that the flame does not touch the handle.

Q Why did my glass lid break during cooking or storage? Will I be compensated for this?

A

Fine scratches during the manufacturing process, transportation and use can cause glass breakage.
In addition, there is a risk of damage if the glass lid is tilted during cooking or if it is directly heated by strong fire.

Please check the surface for any scratches or cracks before use.
In the case of damage, we will compensate you in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

Q There is a jagged noise from the glass lid. Is the product defective?

A

The glass lid has a structure in which a stainless ring is inserted into the frame of the glass, so there is a slight gap.
During cooking, steam may escape through fine gaps, which may cause a vibrating sound.

However, this is not related to the glass cracking phenomenon, so there is no need to worry

Q How should I clean food stains on the silicone rim of the product?

A

Cooking foods with strong seasoning, such as curry or red pepper paste, may cause the product to be stained so washing is recommended immediately after use.

※ In the case of extreme staining
(Stains and food particles that have been left for more than 6 months), add 1 to 2 tablespoons of baking soda in water and boil lightly for stronger cleaning.
(Please refrain from using baking soda for regular cleaning as it will reduce the functionality of the coating.)
